(ELECT) and the document How Does Learning Happen are both Ministry of Education curriculum manuals used by our educators to plan activities using reflective practice methods.
The City of Toronto administers an annual review of best practices through their Assessment for Quality Improvement which reflects the Ministry of Education curriculum documents and legislation The Child Care and Early Years Act (2014).
Our standards at Hydro Bright Lights are high; the results are evident in the daily practices of educators as they plan, implement and evaluate the engagement of the children and their responses to the materials.
